It is important to us that we give our time, share our profits and help others.

Education is important for all of us to do a great job and to unlock future potential. We:

• will provide some free alumni seminars to enable our alumni to keep up-to-date and develop their potential
  
• support the ICSA on other aspects of their professional education initiatives
  
• support the work of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, particularly in the area of reward.

We will aim, in future years, to allocate a proportion of the fees from running the ICSA Certificate in Employee Share Plans to support people who have been employed in the area of company secretarial or reward to attend the ICSA certificate in employee share plans.

We support the ICSA on other aspects of professional education, we participate in the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

We are also actively involved in organisations to help move forward best practice in this area. More information is available on the Tapestry website.
