Certificate in Employee Share Plans
Our Certificate in Employee Share Plans is the leading professionally recognised course for share professionals in the UK.
The course has been developed by the team at multi-award winning law firm Tapestry Compliance in conjunction with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. (formerly called the ICSA).
This qualification is for share plan practitioners on the issuer side: those working in company secretarial or administration roles, human resources professionals and consultants, as well as other third party (non-legal) providers such as administrators. It is not suitable for those offering private legal services or advice.
The course will provide you with the firm foundation of knowledge needed to develop and operate share plans well.
